On Purim, we jest and joke around. But it's also a time for realising that we sometimes live in an upside-down world. The fate of the Jewish nation dramatically seesaws throughout the Purim megillah, finally improving for good. This Joker-themed Purim card plays with this idea, showing a joker playing with fortune. The joker card is a "wild card" that can bring a high or low to a game. This joker-turned-Purim jester is a nod to the Italian carnival origins of Purim traditions and the custom of Purim players who livened up the holiday by visiting homes and performing for families.
