Fordell Castle – Henderson Clan T-Shirt

The main entrance tower is believed to date from the 1400s. James (M. Jacobo) Henrysoun (Henderson) inherited part of the property about 1510-12 and purchased other portions of the estate. King James IV granted a barony in 1511. The property is privately owned and is closed to the public.
