Four Flowers, Alphonse Mucha Coffee Mug

Four Flowers, Alphonse Mucha Coffee Mug

Alphonse Mucha (24 July 1860 – 14 July 1939) was a Czech painter, illustrator and graphic artist, living in Paris during the Art Nouveau period, best known for his distinctly stylised and decorative theatrical posters, particularly those of Sarah Bernhardt. He produced illustrations, advertisements, decorative panels, and designs, which became among the best-known images of the period. In the second part of his career, at the age of 43, he returned to his homeland of Bohemia-Moravia region in Austria and devoted himself to painting a series of twenty monumental canvases known as The Slav Epic, depicting the history of all the Slavic peoples of the world, which he painted between 1912 and 1926. In 1928, on the 10th anniversary of the independence of Czechoslovakia, he presented the series to the Czech nation. He considered it his most important work. It is now on display in Prague. My family roots are in Bohemia. Each time I have my coffee I am reminded of this. The mug quality is fantastic, I have the 15 oz size and the handle fits my hand perfectly. The image is very clear and the colors are bright and attractive.

I found your website through Amazon. I was looking for a customized gift for some co-workers. This seemed to fit the bill. I ordered 10 Star of life coffee cups. I was also able to customize them with our Service logo and the names of my folks. They all loved them! I will use you again and again. They were wrapped and packed in bubble wrap so there was no damage at all. What a great product... as you can tell I am very satisfied with your company. The Printing... both customized and the Star of life was GREAT! Crisp and high quality. The names were perfect and I loved being able to do it on the website.
