Franz Marc - Tiger Postcard
The Franz Mark expressionist masterpiece “Tiger”. Franz Marc was one of the major painters of the German Expressionist movement. His paintings are noteable for his use of bright primary colours and his cubist portrayal of animals. His latter works were heavily influenced by WWI. He was killed at the battle of Verdun in 1916. He was just 36 years old.
