Frieseke is best known for his pictures of women in interiors and women in gardens, and this is a supreme example: dappled sunlight, flowers, bright colours, the lovely smiling face of his wife Sadie, and her relaxed pose. Frieseke was one of the Giverny American Impressionists who gathered around Monet, although he claimed to be influenced more by Renoir. Available as a fine art print. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it.
I am so grateful to the customer service team for the professional way they handled my order. I had this printed on matt finish card and I was really pleased with the quality. The colours were rich and the image sharp.
