Frederick & Nelson Strolling Minstrels Holiday Card

This is a drawing of the F&N holiday music makers; the Strolling Minstrels. The group was lead by Frank Sugia on the accordion, Gary Steele on bass fiddle, and sometimes joined by jazz great Joe Venuti on violin. In later years the lineup included Rolley Morehouse on clarinet and Floyd Standifer on trumpet. Their image was frequently found on Santa photo holders.
