French Street Signs Tea Towel

The bold, colourful artwork on this Kitchen Towel is an original photograph by ZoeSPEAK, taken on a street corner in Biarritz, France. The blue sign with white letters, "Rue des Goelands", is the street name (in English, "Sea Gull Street". The round, marine blue sign with a white arrow is a directional sign. The red circle with a backslash, on a dark blue background, indicates "Do Not Enter". Behind the signs is a white building with dark red trim, an example of Basque architecture. A splash of sunlight in one corner of the house highlights the red of the shutters.
