I must begin with the amazing customer service from Zazzle. We recently moved and due to autofill on my computer, my old address made its way into the delivery address without me realizing it. Totally my bad for not double checking. After the package was returned by the new owners, I realized my mistake and contacted Zazzle. They were quick to respond, so understanding, and sent me the product with no problems and no further charge to my correct address. Now on to the product itself - LOVE IT. The glass stein is great. Our business logo looks amazing and the frosted mug somehow makes the beer all the more appetizing :). Design and quality of the printing is excellent.

The mug actually exceeded my expectations. It has a very substantial feel to it and is enjoyable to use. The printing is very nice - just as expected. Since the mug is frosted glass, I knew the colors would be more subdued than the image online. Since I could add my initial, I can now keep up with my mug.
