I was very happy with the turn around time. Super fast and efficient. I had a code so it brought it down more which was good. Product was well made, frost was in good condition, nothing was scratched, mustache was intact... very well made product. I'm giving this to my boyfriend who has always dreamt of having a fu manchu mustache but sad because I won't let him ahha... this is the closest he'll get. there was no chipping of the frosting or of the mustache! loved it.

The mug actually exceeded my expectations. It has a very substantial feel to it and is enjoyable to use. The printing is very nice - just as expected. Since the mug is frosted glass, I knew the colors would be more subdued than the image online. Since I could add my initial, I can now keep up with my mug.
