We know the first of April as International Fools’ Day. It is a holiday similar to the Day of the Holy Innocents, where people´s jokes on naif people. Someone currently spread fake news during those days becoming a festivity of cyber mischief. Humour and comedy have always been a vehicle of expression and the culture of humanity since the earliest times. Humour usually exercises the critical spirit and invalidates prejudices. But in our days, it is also a weapon of trivialisation, of distraction and consequently of manipulation of the masses. Suppressing evidence and well-founded opinions and in short taming the instincts that lead us to the search for truth and freedom.
