galapagos tortoise greeting card #2 (blank inside)

these galapagos tortoises are among my very favourite animals at riverbanks zoo. (they arrived at our zoo in 1996, but have actually been in the united states since the late 1920s. they are estimated to be over 100 years old, with the exception of a smaller female (not pictured) who is a youthful 60-80 (but doesn't look a day over 40). ) at the time of this card's creation, not only do we have four adult tortoises at the zoo, but also 20-something juveniles, the youngest having hatched just a few days ago.
