To close the lid, the cup has to be squeezed and make some wrinkles to they cup, then the lid can be closed, otherwise the lid cannot be closed properly. I used the Bright red colour "#FF0000" in the image that I have designed, however the the cup I received is in orange colour. This product is a complete waste. I have requested for refund, which didn't happened.
