I embark upon a new journey and a new line of T-shirt designs featuring strange quotatations from some of my favourite authors. I have rather broad tastes in literature and seem drawn to the more unusual and eccentric, so I'll give a few fun facts on each author. Genet was openly gay at a time when it was not socially or legally acceptable to be so, and spent time in jail for openly admitting his sexuality. I recommend his novel "Our Lady of the Flowers", and the film version of his play "The Maids" is worth seeing.
