We bought this for my son's social studies teacher. The image appeared blurry and when I told this to the Zazzle customer service person, he said the image would become clear when hot liquid was added. Well, my son reported that he saw his social studies teacher drinking coffee out of the mug, and the image was still blurry. I'm embarrassed to have given a gift of poor quality! Blurry.
