The beautiful Giant Yellow Swallowtail Butterfly! The largest butterfly in North America and Canada. They have large black wings, yellow stripes all around wings. Their body is yellow, females have blue spots on their hind wings. And they have 6 legs. All which make them fly fast! Their host plant are citrus trees. This one was planted on my lime tree. Male. It just opened from cocoon 10 minutes prior. One of my favourite butterflies to breed. They are funny looking as a caterpillar, which I love.
