Well, if they're going to stare, you may as well enlighten them in the process! The 'circle-a' is found only in the Swedish language. It's actually a pronunciation guide, as it is a spelling shortcut for words with double-a's in them. In spoken Swedish, those sound rather like a long-o, hence the logic of the symbol. Then tell them the subtitle translates to "only in Swedish." Lay that explanation on whoever is staring, and show them you have more assets than meet the eye!
