My only complaint is that I wasn't able to contact customer service. I wanted to see about pre printed envelopes and sent an email to zazzle but never heard back. Quality of paper and printing are great. I would have liked to lighten up the background of the backside of the card but again I had a hard time contacting customer service so it was as good as I could get it. Printing turned out good but I wish the background could have been lighter. It's a little hard to read.
