Nice idea, it looked better online than what I received. The low resolution results in a product the might be a nice educational poster in a classroom, but not a good enough image for what I wanted, which was to hang it as a piece of art in my home. I could recommend (and give a higher rating to) this product at smaller sizes, where the image looks crisp and professional. The quality of the paper was great but for the price, I certainly expected a much higher resolution image. Just because it is technically possible to enlarge an image, doesn't mean that it will look good at the larger size. The reason that I ordered this was because I wanted a focal point in a room -- but a low resolution, fuzzy image doesn't ' make a good focal point. I think you should indicate what the optimum size of each image is for good resolution (ie, 300 dpi) , and then let the customer know that if they choose to order a larger size, that the image will not be as crisp. But the fact that you offer the image in the larger size without any sort of disclaimer implies that the quality of your source image is high enough to print a good looking image at the larger size. In this case, it isn't.

I originally ordered this print in a larger size but was not pleased with the clarity of it. When I contacted Zazzle, they responded really quickly and were very helpful. I was able to reorder the print in a smaller size and it was shipped to me within a couple of weeks. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it. I am so grateful to the customer service team for the professional way they handled my order. I had this printed on matt finish card and I was really pleased with the quality. The colours were rich and the image sharp.

Very happy with this product. No complaints.
