The quality of the invite was excellent, however, you advertise that you produce things quickly in just a couple of days - our timeline was very different. On 5/15 I received confirmation of the order. By 5/23 I hadn't heard anything about the order so contacted your team. Received a response that shipping would be upgraded (but it didn't define to what that meant). By 5/25 the order said it was still processing so I sent another email to your folks. End of day I received a note that the order was ready for shipping. The order was delivered 5/29 (Tuesday after Memorial Day). It made us change how we planned to invite guests - telling them about the event and barely getting the invites addressed and sent with not much lead time before the party. The timeline experienced was very different that the timelines you advertise. And because nothing was heard about the order until I inquired, it left a feeling that the order had been lost or something major had happened. The printing was excellent - no issues with the printing at all. Looked great.

Overall i was very happy with the size, quality and finish of the invitation.My main concern was that I deliberately paid an additional $76 to have it express posted, however it didnt arrive in the specified time frame.
If you are not in a hurry for the invites, i highly recommend the product. It turned out exactly how i expected. I was very happy wtih them
