We ordered these adorable Art Deco invitations for our Great Gatsby themed wedding. The day we were addressing all the envelopes to our guests we realized we were sent the incorrect size. The cards were way too small. I was about to cry when I called customer service and got a greeting saying that they were closed due to inclement weather and would have to call back the next day. Thankfully Zazzle came through when I emailed them and reported the issue and within minutes they issued a credit of almost $90!!! Although the issue caused a huge inconvenience as we had to go out and find envelopes to fit at a local office supply store...I was able to use the Zazzle credit to purchase gifts for my bridal party and other items we needed for decor. Good definitely came out of what I thought was a disaster! Thank you Zazzle for providing a quick refund and helping to make our special day come together! A bit light but pretty!
