This mug came in excellent condition and was just as described. I also ordered some t-shirts and hoddies from Zazzle and unfortunately, another popular personalized products site. I couldn't believe the difference in quality. Zazzle's stuff was clearly, clearly better. Colors and image quality were perfect!!! It was just as described and it really looks nice. I won't buy from any place else for something like this.
