This species of spider can be found in the southern United States, and some parts of Northern California, Central America, the West Indies, and Venezuela. The females (such as this one, which built an egg sack in my back yard) can grow to as large as 22 millimeters (0.87 in) long--and that's just the body length, not including the legs. The print was packaged well to ensure there was no damage during transit (Eco friendly, too!), and I am really pleased with it. The colours were rich and the image sharp.
