Was little bit hard to write on there was some type of finish on the envelopes that made you have to a sharpie to write on it. However they where very pretty and perfect for our event. The return address print was spot on for us.

Nowhere in the ordering process did it say that it would take 10-12 business days to process and I was told on numerous occasions that they were working on it.
