You need to use a standard 6x4 horizontal photo on the left and standard vertical 6x4 vertical photo on the right for it to fit well in the template.

If you find any overlapping or you'd like to move the photo's around to fit better just press the 'customise it' button to go to the editing area where you can click on your photo so the dashed line appears round it and then move it with your mouse.
