The two greyhound dogs in this value poster print are my brother in laws elderly greyhounds, sadly the dogs have since passed on, but they were the best of friends. This tender painting was produced from a photo taken on a beautiful warm summers day in my in back yard of their cottage. Sandy the fawn coloured greyhound was very hot and decided to have a rest, Winnie wanted to help her to cool down by giving her a refreshing all over lick, it must have helped because Sandy fell asleep almost instantly. This relaxing scenic painting of the two very special greyhounds makes a great art card. I named the original soft pastel painting "Best Pals On A Summer Day." I hope the special person that you sned this card to enjoys recieving it as much as I enjoyed painting it.

We downloaded several photos which was simple and produced a very attractive personalised card for our 11yr old Granddaughter.
I was concerned that the card would not arrive on time but Zazzle came up trumps and the card arrived on the day before her birthday - perfect! I didn't see the card as it went straight to our family in New Zealand. However they did send a photo and it looked excellent!
