Hand Drawing of a beautiful Iris flower. The spring garden favourite, Imperial Purple. My mum's favourite flower. She planted many of these beautiful flowers in our garden as I was a young girl growing up. They would multiply and soon the garden was filled with them, we also had roses and lilies, I remember this fondly.. I was drawn to botanical art because of the beauty of the natural world.
