I live on an Island where the donkey's roam free. They are a bit tamed from being in contact with tourists, but are still a little wild! I have been painting donkey images for many years after living in the Caribbean on and off for 15 years. Anyone who has donkeys will enjoy this card, as they will understand that donkeys do not like to be alone by themselves, they do better in pairs. This Happy Birthday card is whimsical as the donkey is on the table eating the cake, being mischievous as donkeys are. The clock is the way it is as time is relative and we should all just enjoy our age that we are for there is no choice!
