Happy Groundhog day, Wetlands day, Candlemas, the day of Our Lady of Navigators and Iemenjá, the Queen of the Waters.
Recently my feeling was that the most accurate picture of the Existence - the Life, the Universe and Everything, has been presented to us in three films: Solaris (1972), The Matrix (1999-2003) and Groundhog Day (1993).
The latest seems to be especially relevant. I have feeling three cycles repeat for me: one measures in years, another in decades and the third one - in lifetimes. It is like I already tried many escape routes and still end up at the same place again. Angry, frustrated, disheartened, exhausted.
In the movie the character finds his exit when he says something like: "Whatever happens tomorrow, I am happy now." It is important that he really means it, no pretence. And the magic is only realised after hard work and long struggle. No shortcuts.
You want to break free but you can't until you learn to love your prison, at least to accept it... Is it really, really possible?

I really liked the "Merry Christmas" typography on this card, and that there is space for a little message. The pattern on the back is very pretty!! I ordered a sample of this card, so I didn't use my own photos, but all of the 9 images are very detailed. I was a little worried they would turn out blurry or look too small but the card looks just how I saw it on the computer screen.

This watercolor oval wreath design was perfect for framing this excerpt of my original acrylic painting "Peaceful Winter Scene." I loved the weight and quality of the paper. I feel my Christmas card turned out beautifully. The printing and colors were very good. I do feel the design could have been centered better. My first set - the printing came out fairly close to the top. I ordered a personalized set for a client and the printing on those were not so close to the top.
