This is a great gift. I was able to personalize it, using characters from a non-English language and also using icons. It was easy to match against colors of the artwork and my wife really enjoyed the result. The only option I wish they supported was for a mug bigger than 11oz. With the great artwork, it would have really been an even better looking mug. Overall, though, very satisfied. Printing was flawless. They captured my use of Korean letters and also custom icons perfectly.
