The fabric felt very stiff when I took it out of the envelope but as soon as I washed and dried it, the fabric was much lighter weight, and easier to work with. The image I saw online appeared a shade of pink/purple, but when it arrived it was more of a medium shade of pure purple. The hieroglyphics were a good size for my custom made face coverings/masks.
