This wood framed clock is decorated with the Hoad Monument, more properly called The Sir John Barrow Monument, which stands at the top of Hoad Hill above Ulverston, South Lakeland, Cumbria, UK. It takes the form of a lighthouse, though has never been used as one. This is a digitally enhanced photo manipulation of the monument in snow, with the light of the sun low in the sky behind the monument. The mood is gentle and contemplative, the colour palette is of greys and white. The clock has black numbers and here is shown in a white wood frame.
