Terrible!!!! I would rate this company a "0" if I could but this is the lowest rating I can select. I did not receive all of the product I custom ordered and now it is too late to re-order for Christmas because I have to re-package and send to Luxembourgh (abroad). I might add that I have used this service before and ran into problems then too! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ENTIRE ORDER.
