"Homeward Bound" is a picture of a grandmother and granddaughter sitting watching the sunset, as the Eagle flies high and the Children who were in Residential Schools are called home. "We have been found and have PEACE..... we are "Homeward Bound". The Ancestors are here to take us home. This was inspired from a sunset that occured the week these original 215 children at the Residential Schools in Canada were found and acknowledged in 2021. This painting is to HONOR those that are "Homeward Bound". The search continues....... in the US and Canada.
