Acrylic Luggage Tag

I received my item and when it said it was double sided I automatically thought I would have my personalization on each side. I did not know that I had to physically put in the same personalization for the 2nd side. My item came with one side correct and the other side had the template still on it. I asked for a replacement and received a credit to reorder however the $7 shipping cost will not be refunded and the new shipping cost on my reorder will cost me $7 again. So it will cost me $14 in shipping costs for a $15 item. It was very misleading when it said double sided. Somebody in production should have realized that the 2nd side had an error and contacted me. The date is not even filled in on that side. If the items are checked before shipping it would have been east to see this. .
