To begin with, I first set up the post card design in about one hour. It was easy! The hardest part was choosing the design from the many great options. The rest was so easy. We were even able to add an extra image to the back! Because I designed this card quickly, I didn't proof read it until 8 hours after making my order, I didn't notice that I had written the wrong year. I called customer service and they cancelled it and helped me adjust and set up a new order. So easy!!! The quality is great! Not grainy...very glossy and professional looking.
