Extremely disappointed in Zazzle. Recieved an enveloped without my invitations. I ordered 30 and received 20 empty envelopes. Spoke to customer service who offered a replacement expeditied and it never arrived by the time the person promised either. Tracking not updated and I will be late getting invitations out. Extremely stressful over a pricey product. All they keep saying is "the item is on the way". Even though it clearly looks to be stuck in the warehouse for 3 days. That is even if they actually packed my order this time. Who knows. Never received
