How's It Going To End? 3 Cm Round Badge

For more than 16 years I've been in love with the Peter Weir / Jim Carrey film, "The Truman Show." Although the phrase, "How's It Going to End?" is never spoken in the film (it's shown in a brief, less than 5-second shot on a button), it's an unforgettable image and sums up the whole film and the context of life as presented within the genre of ridiculous reality television. Mind you, this film came out in 1998, BEFORE shows like "Survivor," "The Bachelor," "The Amazing Race" and "American Idol" became part of the mindles language of television. Though considered tame today, it was ahead of its time about our fascination with spying on people under tremendous stress, warts and all. The saying is also a good metaphor for not just the end of a life - but for every milestone or event that happens within life itself, the sub-stories that make up the whole of each person's experiences. I adopted the phrase, "How's It Going To End?" immediately as my mascot and moniker everywhere - and was thrilled to learn that Zazzle had a facsimile button like the one seen in the film - available for purchase. I like the smaller button because it's subtle and thought provoking without being a preachy loudspeaker. Thanks, Zazzle! The quality of printing and production of this button is wonderful. Although it's not quite as small nor as convex as the button you see in the film - (the button offered by Zazzle is a little less rounded in the center nor does it slope up like an M&M) - it's still a good "stand in" which inspires discussion.

Very happy with what I received. It looks just like it did in the movie! I like these sorts of clever tie-ins that are a little more subtle by using items actually in the movie. As expected. Very clear printing.
