We had to call customer service to originally figure out how to change the photo- they were very helpful and patient. The printing turned out better than we thought it would, with a slight matte and photo grain seen as a plus.

The postcard made it through all kinds of weather to reach the addressees. The paper is very durable and the colors didn't bleed through. The colors were great. The design was somewhat easy to adjust. My only problem was that it only allowed a very specific size and type of photo.
