I ordered this as a Christmas gift and when I got the email that it was being shipped I realized I'd forgotten to change the mailing address. Got on the phone with customer service and after a 30 minute hold they took care of my silly mistake with out charging me for a new mug! They were SO nice and helpful! Amazing customer service is important! Looked amazing!! I loved how it turned out!!!
