The day after I received the hat, the adjustment band on the back (with the notches to adjust size) broke off from the hat. It came right out of the stitching. Now it is unusable. This is a very poor product, as I was not even able to use it for more than two days. Printing was fine. It was exactly what I ordered. But the printing is useless if I can't actually wear the hat.
