the next time you see a freight train pass by you should look at the freight cars try to figure out where they're going or where they're coming from. Many people just look at the engines and that's only part of the story. Look at the freight cars and take a few seconds and trying wonder what is inside or where they came from or where they're going. as i always say never go on the tracks to watch trains. Stay a safe distance from the tracks. .Sometimes a freight car might be dragging a piece of loose material, and if you are too close to the tracks it could hit you. photo © Stan Feldman July 18 2000
