The conflict between labour and management has sometimes gotten very heated in the past. It`s no better today. Back in the 20`s and 30`s the rich people would refer to the poor workers as riff-raff and the hoi-polloi, that didn`t help. Personally, I like the name HOI POLLOI, it sounds ritzy to me. Lol...
