The case came exactly as ordered. Unfortunately, I made custom changes which let to it being in B&W, not color as shown. Despite the fact that it was my mistake, the company was willing to exchange it for another case. Now THAT’S how to keep me coming back! I didn’t do it because it was my error, but nice to know they care. Perfect, just as shown.

This case is more of an otter type case. It has flaps that cover all of the plugs . I didn't realize how clunky it would be.. hence my 4 stars, although I should have done a bit more investigating. All in all, pretty cool you can get a William Morris I phone case! printing was ok ... not very sharp but pretty
