Political prisoners? I would call this gallows humour, but I do not believe Illinois actually hangs corrupt public officials. The seal of the entirely mythical Illinois State Politicians Prison. The seal includes a nasty-looking vulture in flight along with Text reading, "ILLINOIS STATE POLITICIANS PRISON" and "SIC SEMPER FURES" (thus always to thieves." Customise by adding your prisoner number or other text below the seal, and more text on the reverse side. The mug is prison orange and black. You may change the orange to another colour.
