About This Design
In Celtic Wood, by Joseph Maas Tile
A Celtic delight! Two ancient Celtic dragons are depicted against ornate, wood carved intertwining rings and jewelled elements. The artwork embedded in the ceramic inlaid top looks so real you will need to touch it before you are sure it is actually a smooth surface. This awesome box will be the perfect home for those priceless heirlooms.
Designed by Joseph Maas
Fun facts: Ornate spirals and knotwork decorated everything from jewellery to holy books in the Celtic world. Knotwork animals and geometric figures show the influence of the varied influences throughout the years including the Norse and Romans. While the meaning of many of these symbols has been lost, their complexity and aesthetic appeal transcend their original intent.

My fiancé and I were happy when we received the tile. It’s Peru and was worth paying extra for expressing postage. Good quality and it is exactly like we wanted it. We are very pleased.

Just perfect for my needs. I want to use it in my garden as a little memorial to my Nana whose name was Iris :). Printing is just great :)
