One of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do in your life is handle death. The Covid pandemic has taken so many lives and it took my brothers life at his age of 55 years old. It was all very confusing and everything was being done very very fast. We wanted the buttons before any of the services began but according to the Zazzle system it would not get here until the very last day of the services. My brothers service lasted three long days and all I did was put in a request stating my desire to have it delivered earlier than what the promised date was on my order. I didn’t think I would get it earlier in fact I was already prepared to tell everyone that I failed to get something done for the services that I really wanted to share with them. I received an immediate responseFrom a very sweet and kind young lady. I will never forget her and her kindness. She gave me comfort when I needed it the most and more importantly she gave me genuine concern and care for my situation. We got the buttons on an early afternoon the day before the services began. What more is there to say than simply thank you for everything. The clarity of every single letter to include the spacing and the picture was everything we hoped for and more.
