In the Orangery by Charles Edward Perugini Standard Apron
In the Orangery (date unknown) by Charles Perugini is a vintage Victorian Era fine art portrait painting. A beautiful young woman is reading a book in the orangery.
An orangery is similar to a greenhouse or a conservatory, the name reflects the original use of the building, a place where citrus trees were placed during the winter in tubs under cover.
About the artist:
Charles Edward Perugini (1839-1918) (born Carlo Perugini) was an English painter of the Victorian Era.

My daughter in law loved this gift. She loved the shorter length and the pockets. Good durable fabric and well made. Would highly recommend. The printing was awesome.. the only comment I would make is that the print could be placed higher on the bib part as when it is tied around the waist you can’t see the writing well.
