Oh my gosh, I need to have garage, estate, you name it sales on 2 houses my family has had since 1972 that have drained me of everything! OKAY, I am going to post several versions of this sign with different art and text over the weekend (yard, estate, garage, etc.) . Customise it or leave some of the text blank if you do an instant download. That way, you can just print off more on the dates of future sales, write it in, etc. .... or maybe with the instant download, you can add info later ... not sure really, but Zazzle explains it. Do a poster or the download or both. Nice, yes! Scroll to the end of each collection where new product is posted until I can find time to rearrange it, and I'll post this in COLLECTIONS such as Instant Download, My Latest 1 or 2 .... etc. .... I was given a small budget to decorate a free clinic. I ordered many of the posters from Zazzle because I could select various sizes that fit frames we could re-purpose. The quality of the printing is fine and there's a wide selection of subjects and styles to choose from. The paper quality on most of the items I ordered was decent. For some reason, though, the Ibis poster on "Perfect Poster (Glossy Finish)" is on very flimsy paper. It'll look fine when framed, but I would upgrade the paper choice if I did this over again. The image quality, colors, and printing quality were fine -exactly what I expected.

I love this calendar! The colors are rich and beautiful and the weight of the paper is perfect. It's not too thin. I hung it with a bit of double-sided tape and it lays flat to the wall. It looks great in my kitchen. It's perfect. The printing is bright and the colors are perfect.
