Japanese Chin Key Ring

This photograph was made in the garden of California artist Chloe Dee Noble. She and her husband adopted this dog, a Japanese Chin, a rescue from a puppy mill. He was blind, had no teeth, and was emaciated. Chloe cooked for him every day and within one month brought his weight went from 8 pounds to 12 pounds and he began to feel better. He was in their family of other rescue fur-babies for six happy years and brought them great joy.
