Jane was an absolute delight to speak with, very understanding of what I was explaining to her & we got through it together. I thought this iPhone case would ship by today 4/24, or tomorrow 4/25 & then arrive mid-late next week. #1 it shipped early👍, #2 it was delivered early👍 & #3 the image is aligned perfectly on the case👍👍👍. Great phone case & maybe in the future, along with the glossy finish, there should be a matte finish as well.

I ordered this for our daughter for Christmas. When she tried to put it on her phone it was difficult and once on we realized it had a slight variation in the way it was cut. On Monday after Christmas I went to their website to see how I could return it or order a duplicate. I was able to “chat” with a CS rep, Martin. Told him what happened. He sent me an email with a link. I simple took a picture of the product and attached it to the return email. Within hours I received a response that the product had been remade AND was on its way to my daughter via overnight UPS. The new product was PERFECT and the customer service was more then AMAZING!!!!! I had initially ordered a second phone cover for our other daughter and that one fit perfectly. The printing was perfect. It was clear and the coloring was perfect

I ordered this case when my heart dog passed away. The package got lost in transit. I contacted Zazzle for help in tracking it down and they replaced the case. It’s more than I could have ever hoped for. Thank you Zazzle, I will always have a remembrance of my Molly with me. The printing is better than I hoped for, amazing. I love it. I shared it on Facebook and received all positive reviews!
